There are a lot of arguments on the basic definition of what is the actual difference between a scientist and an engineer ? Every person who comes from science background usually face difficulty to identify the actual meaning/definition of science and engineering. If you tries to understand him with so many logic that an engineer use science always, engineers depend on scientific theories bla bla bla.... so all engineers are mean to be a scientist and all scientist are also meant to be an engineer , how they deny?
an engineer, but in spelling. Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering studies are fully dependent on math and physics. But Physicists or Mathematicians are not dependent on Engineers.How? A scientist tries to find any way of solving their problems and for this reason they choose to go through a different or new way, but an engineer solve their problems using those theory that have been invented by a scientist. The only creativity of an engineer is finding the easiest way to solve, they can modify or convert those theory to make their usual terms and conditions. So it is clear that Physicists or Mathematicians are improving theory on physics and math and finding the way of solving with different processes/methods and Engineers solve their problems using the best one theory that was invented by scientist.
So by the way a Chemist can be the use of a Chemical Engineer , Social Scientist can be the use of a Planner.
But what is Engineering Physics ? Don't be scared. It also termed as Engineering Science. This is not special branch of science or physics or engineering. The basic thing is Applied Physics.There are so many universities that offer Engineering Physics, they are
